Is the security/damage deposit refunded at the end of the lease?
The security/damage deposit shall be refunded to the student upon termination of the student housing agreement, less charges, if any for damages, losses, or financial losses, which are the responsibility of the student. Failure to give 30 days notice will result in the loss of ALL or part of the security deposit. The deposit may be refunded if there are unavoidable reasons that are outside the control of the student.
