No. If you have a traditional construction loan, the lending institution may require a traditional fixed-contract for building your project. And if you do not wish to pay the actual costs of your project yourself, this program is not for you. If you are not willing to participate in the project as an owner-builder using Schweitzer Built as your construction manager, this program is not for you. If you wish to build your home using a traditional set price contract, we can do that.
