Is the Saskatoon Wildlife Federation only for people who want to hunt?
This has been a misconception of the club for as many years as it has been around. Yes the club does have both indoor and outdoor ranges for members to use and we are proud of our facilities. We are equally proud of the work we do with Ducks Unlimited and other Conservation organizations in Saskatchewan to buy land – and preserve the habitat for the wild animals, birds, and fish. We have a very active Conservation Committee that worked closely with both Ducks Unlimited and the City of Saskatoon to buy and preserve a wetlands in Southeast Saskatoon, now called the Hyde Wetlands.
