Is the Risk Assessment necessary when an individual has received sexual offender treatment while incarcerated?

0

When individuals have received Sex Offense Specific Treatment from another treatment provider while they were incarcerated or on an out-patient basis, we will need a summary of their treatment from the provider, and an Individual Session with the sexual offender to determine at what level they will enter our treatment program. We will also require that they complete objective measurements (Plethysmograph Assessment and Polygraph Examination) if they have not been completed within six (6) months prior to entering treatment. They will have 60 days to complete these objective measurement(s).
