As stated in the RFA on page 2 “This is not an application for continued funding as was previously available for Community-directed grant programs”. On the SF-424 form in question 2, you are asked to select the type of application that you are submitting (“New”, “Continuation” or “Revision”). Check the box for “Continuation”. This RFA for FY 2010 Community-Directed SDPI funds is a new competing, continuation application.
