Is the resident responsible for the connection of electricity, gas and telephone?
Yes. It is the resident’s responsibility to have the electricity, gas and telephone connected prior to occupation as are all the charges incurred for connection and use. It is also the resident’s responsibility to have the electricity, gas and telephone disconnected when vacating the apartment/villa.
