No. Timeshare properties are typically not as luxurious nor as spacious as Tidewatch and are used by more families. The Residence Club at White Point is owned and enjoyed much like a private equity golf country club. Residence Club members will have more vacation time available to them, on both a planned and a short notice basis. Plus the ownership is deeded in perpetuity.
