Is the requisitioner notified when an order is approved or rejected?

Once an approver has approved or rejected a submitted requisition PECOS will send an email to the requisitioner informing them that the order has either been approved (sent to the supplier) or they will receive an email stating the order has been rejected with any reason inserted as a comment by the approver.
