Is the remote controller “Operation MODE” indicating on the Heat mode?
The operating procedure is on the owner manual at the middle of the page 5. Press you operation MODE button, select the Heat Mode (Sun mark). Each time the MODE button is pressed the operation mode is changed in sequence from AUTO ( Circulating Mark), COOL (Ice Crystal Mark), DRY (Water Mark), HEAT (Sun Mark). • Confirm the room temperature, does the temperature set too low?
