Is the Refugee Council committed to working with RCOs?

0

The Refugee Council is committed to working with Refugee Community Organisations (RCOs). We believe that RCOs are essential to the Refugee Council. A robust and constructive two-way relationship is essential if the Refugee Council is to achieve its aims. As a council we are governed by our trustees, and accountable to them for the efficient running of the charity. Therefore we have a broader and deeper accountability to the people we are here to serve: refugees and asylum seekers. Through working with RCOs we achieve two things: in supporting them we support the vital work they do supporting refugees and asylum seekers, and by listening to them we hear the voice of refugees and asylum seekers.
