Is the redemption period for foreclosed estate property tolled when an estate is opened?

If we are talking about a redemption period because of a foreclosure, I do not think that the redemption period would be tolled. MCL 700.3812 would seem to infer such as it exempts enforcement of a mortgage from limitations on execution or levy against estate property.
