Yes. But to achieve vibration resistance, the block cell must be filled solid with grout. No Anchor can achieve vibration resistance in a hollow CMU. Powers AC 5.5 Plus Epoxy is the tested and approved adhesive to qualify as vibration resistant by the SBCCI.
