Is the reason for travel cancellation required on either the authorization or voucher?
The reason for the travel cancellation can be added in the comments of the authorization, but is not mandatory. If a travel is cancelled, the BISS Help Desk should be contacted to cancel the document. They will need the document name, travel authorization number, and travel date, but the cancellation reason is not necessary. A travel should not be cancelled if a voucher has been submitted.
