Raw food such as vegetables have a lot more nutrients then the do cooked. The more you cook them the more they lose. Obviously meats and fish shouldn’t be eaten raw.

I don’t believe so. It’s basically eating your food, just that it’s not cooked well. I wouldn’t try it.
