No. It’s actually an incredibly thin and light wetsuit with a four layer construction and a 0.5mm closed cell neoprene core. The joy of the Radiator is that you can wear it as a wetsuit by itself, or under your existing wetty – for extra warmth. It does also give you 50+ UV protection.
