No. The purchase price is not negotiable; however the terms and conditions of the (published) monthly payments are somewhat negotiable. It really depends on how much of a down payment you are working with. We review and approve each application on an individual basis.

The purchase price is fixed at a price one year from the date of moving in. If the home is worth more than our agreed-upon price then the price is not changed. You benefit from any appreciation over that amount.
