With the numerous software products already developed and on the market, it would not be cost effective for PTA to develop software. It is perfectly acceptable for a PTA to utilize one of these products and track their finances electronically. Remember to print out a hard copy of the monthly treasurer’s report and affix it in the permanent secretary’s minute book.
