Ans. Yes ,it is permissible on payment of appropriate tariff. In case of PSTN and Telex only incoming access into the private networks is permissible.The application for such access has to be made to Director (CS). DTS,Sanchar Bhawan , 20 Ashoka Road, New Delhi – 110001 with details of interface equipment and number of extensions required with justification thereof.Such access does not authorise the user to commercially exploit the facility in any way.The resources like telephone connection/telex connection /PSPDN connection have to be separately obtained as per prevalent procedure.
