NO. The property is zoned RESIDENTIAL. Currently, a house sits on it with a long strip of woods behind it. The wooded area extends behind our homes on Franklin Avenue. On September 13, the Pine Hill Zoning Board voted in favor of a Use Variance allowing Golds Gym to use this residential property to build a 35 ft. high building with retail services and a parking lot. A water basin will be built behind our properties, too.
