Is the property to be registered annually from the time of foreclosure action is filed until it is sold?
Yes, a property shall remain on the registry until a certificate of title is issued or until a foreclosure action is withdrawn. In either case, the lender or responsible party must notify the County and send a copy of the documentation so the registry requirement is cancelled. There is no cost to have this record changed by the County.
