(2) (a) Records confirm that the property is recorded on a register kept by the water undertaker as being at risk of receiving low water pressure or flow, and a report is included describing— (i) the action proposed by the water undertaker to remove the risk; and (ii) who will undertake the action and when; (b) An investigation is currently being carried out by the water undertaker to determine if the property should be recorded on a register as being at risk of receiving low water pressure or flow, and a report is included describing— (i) the action proposed by the water undertaker to remove the risk; and (ii) who will undertake the action and when; or (c) Records confirm that the property is not recorded on a register kept by the water undertaker as being at risk of receiving low water pressure or flow.
