The procurement of goods and services from persons with disabilities and prison labour is excluded from coverage under all three trade agreements. Refer to Article 507 (c) of the Agreement on Internal Trade, Article 1018.2(d) of NAFTA, and Article XXIII.2 of the WTO-AGP.
