Is the process of making Biodiesel labor intensive?
There is minimal labor involved. Basically, as far as your labor goes, you need to gather your 3 ingredients (oil, lye, and methanol); test the pH and quality of your oil; measure out the required amount of lye and methanol and blend it together; mix this with the oil; drain off the glycerin waste once it has settled out; wash the mixture if desired and drain off the wash water; then transfer the finished Biodiesel to your storage container.
