Is the printer in the appropriate mode (PostScript or Raster)?

0

Use PostScript mode for printing any and all PostScript files. Use the Raster mode only when you are using the export module supplied by Kodak in conjunction with ADOBE PHOTOSHOP Software or when you are using another vendor’s application that specifically states that it can be used with KODAK Printers in the Raster mode. If necessary, make the proper mode selection using the printer’s front control/display panel. • Do test prints come out properly? Make one or more test prints to determine if the printer is functioning in PostScript and/or Raster mode. (Don’t be alarmed if your particular printer does not support both modes of operation.) Make sure that paper and ribbon are loaded. To make a test print, press the PRINT button when READY appears in the display panel.
