Yes, a limited number (I think 28) of $25 front row tickets are sold through the Wicked lottery. They start collecting names 2.5 hours before the show, and the winners are drawn 2 hours before the show. If called, you must be present, have a photo I.D., and be able to pay in cash for the tickets (limit 2 per person).
