Although we reserve the right to shift this list to a fully moderated list at any time, it is currently unmoderated with respect to postings by list members. Postings to the list from nonmembers (or from members posting from an address other than that at which they are subscribed) will be passed to a moderator for review. Such posts may be posted, returned, or deleted, with or without comment. This helps protect list members from unwanted and inappropriate postings to the mailing list.
