Is the policy for FedEx Express shipments to nonresidential addresses changing?

0

No, the policy for delivering to nonresidential addresses is not changing. FedEx will attempt to obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address or a neighbouring address for no additional charge. You can still authorize FedEx to leave a FedEx Express shipment without a signature at a nonresidential address by selecting the “Deliver Without a Signature” option. There is no additional charge for this service. This will override any recipient release that may be on file for deliveries.
