Is the picture in the The FFD header a before or after picture?

No. It is a “before” picture. The problem then is not posting a before picture and an after picture. The problem is my “now” picture. In the picture above I was probably at 215. I topped out this year at 266. There was a time around college when I was 195. That is where I want to get – or at least around 200.
