The Pay It Forward Foundation does claim trademark rights in the term “Pay it Forward Foundation.” The idea, however, is in the public domain and we encourage all who want to promote the concept of paying it forward to do so. “Pay It Forward” the movie and the movie website are the property of Warner Bros., not the Pay It Forward Foundation. We do not have the authority to grant permission for use of any clips or materials from those sources.
