The PetSafe GPS Locator website is currently not compatible with browsers typically found in PDA or mobile devices. Your system includes an extra set of 2 rechargeable batteries and a charger. When you get a Low Battery Alert simply swap out the batteries in the unit, and recharge the batteries you removed. There is no need for the collar to be off the dog for 4-6 hours while the batteries recharge, which would leave your dog unprotected during an escape without the collar.
