Is the “Perceptual Learning” system a remedial program?
The Perceptual Learning system uses the theories of perceptual learning to “teach” children to read and understand maths before they show signs of the need for remedial education. Therefore it is a program that prevents remedial education. A child who shows signs of remedial need may be too old to benefit from Perceptual Learning.
