A. Not at this time. Medical homes are not available in all areas throughout the state. This means that the Providence Choice plans are not an option for some OEBB districts and members, including districts in the following counties: Clatsop, Grant, Hood River, Malheur, Lincoln, Jackson, Josephine, Coos, and Wasco. Providence Health Plan continually evaluates how to best expand our medical home offering around the state. Our review includes determining whether clinics meet all criteria that qualify them as a medical home.
