Is the patch cord plugged into the ORANGE jack underneath the desk?
a. If it appears that it is plugged in, unplug it and reinsert it into both the orange jack and into the Network Interface Card. b. If this does not correct the problem then try a patch cord that has been verified to be good. c. If this does not correct the problem contact IS to verify your network connection. d. If your connection is found to be in working order then the problem is with the computer or NIC. You will need to contact a vendor of your choice to fix the problem.
