Is the party restricted to just measuring?
Not at all. Experience has shown that when one assembles a group of naked and erect men, the fluffing continues long after the last measurement has been taken! The pictures on this page, all of which were taken at previous parties, should give you a good idea of the scope of activity that takes place.
