As mentioned previously, we follow all regional, national and local protocols with respect to data protection of the members. We also comply with the standards and guidelines of ESOMAR, CASRO, MRA, COPPA, EU Safe Harbor and MRS regarding data protection of our members. In addition, we are BS 27001:2005 certified with respect to data protection and security. We are committed to respecting, protecting and safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of data and information entrusted to us by our respondents. In order to ensure that our data is safeguarded adequately, we have an IT security policy which takes care of the security and safety of our data; these policies relate to: Physical Site Security, VPS Security Policy, Router & Server Security Policy, Anti-Virus Process, Data Access Security, Data Storage Security, Encryption Policy, Audit Vulnerability Scanning Policy, Database Credentials Coding Policy, Password Protection Policy.
