Is the package safely packed, and what happens with a damaged shipment?
In order to guarantee safe shipment, your items will be packed in tissue paper and placed in specially resistant cardboard envelopes. Should any shipping damage occur, we should be notified immediately. A replacement will be sent without charge for the item, except for the postal charge. I am dissatisfied with the design. Who pays the return shipping costs? Due to the excellent quality standards of our designs, unsatisfactory items are not to be expected. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality (for example, damage), please let us know as soon as possible, and we will prepare this item again and send it back to you immediately.
