No. There are not directly related. The ozone hole allows more uv light to enter the atmosphere causing increased risk of cancer, but this type of radiation does not warm the earth. Increases in greenhouse gases such as CO2 may be responsible for global warming since they absorb and trap heat in the atmosphere. Global warming is still highly debated.
