Is the Oxford Program suitable for people outside of the United States?
A. Definitely. There have been satisfied Oxford Program members from countries such as Bahrain, China, Canada, Ireland, Scotland, Belgium, England, Peru, Russia, and on and on. The only important factor is that you can read and write relatively fluently in English.
