Ground coat formulations and resins within will vary from different manufacturers. They do perform the same obliteration duties but that is the only similarity. Outrageous groundcoat is specifically formulated for use with the Outrageous range of products and we do not recommend any other type of ground coat with the range of effects. NOTE: Adhesion failure may occur if products from different manufacturers are used with an Outrageous application process.
