Is the outlook for products based on wheat protein and starches very good?
Mr. Trautschold (EVP, Sales & Marketing): I would agree that they are very good. We are also continuing to refine our products so that they move out of what has historically been a commodity orientation, such as wheat gluten, into these specialty areas. Steve referenced one of the bio-polymer products or resin products that we have right now. Actually it’s an edible form of resin. It’s a resin made from wheat protein that has many applications in the pet chew industry. Pet chews are things you give your dog or your cat that amuse them for a much longer time than, say, a pet treat and they generally have good dental effects. The resins that we produce are very unique. They cannot be easily duplicated by others, and the wheat-based protein is very important to their uniqueness. This serves as just one specific example. In the personal care and cosmetics area there is a large movement away from animal proteins, especially in the boutique and the specialty products area. Wheat-based protei
