No, we only provide the full enterprise functionality in our “for AWS” offerings. But HQ for AWS Developer is available at no charge from Hyperic—with this package, you can manage up to four machine instances for free, except of course for the EC2 usages charges that apply to the instance upon which you run the HQ Server.
