Is the Nigerian government aware of what CCNL is doing & are they in support?
The Nigerian government is fully aware of CCNL existence and its operations because they issued the Non-Convention Patent Certificate No. Rp 13522 date 5th august 1999 for the invention of the Anti-Corrosive Special Paint for Q.I.T (Transteel Blue, White Enamel Quick Air Dry QAD). This was patented after the complete specifications given to them through The National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP) have been experimented and tested not to be a chemical of weapon for mass destruction or injurious to humanity. The government at all tiers are fully aware and are in total support having issued the patent certificate which is the strength of our litigation and has been serving as an undisputed source of our victories.
