Is the new LG c2000 better than the LG 1400i?

Cingular just came out with a new LG c2000 phone. I was wondering if anyone had tried it yet because I have a 1400i now and if its better i will exchange it. i like my phone now but the only problem that i have is that there is alot of static in buildings (especially in my dorm) and there is no speakerphone. the new LG has one but call clarity, design and reception are the most important to me. If you could please give me your opinion on whether i should keep this phone or not i have two weeks left to exchange it. thanks.
