Is the NCG another Rose Bowl Game?
No. The NCG will be managed by the Tournament of Roses; however, the governing bodies and the contractual arrangements under which the game will be managed are different. A Rose Bowl Game is conducted under the auspices of an agreement between the Tournament of Roses, the Pac-10 Conference and the Big Ten Conference. The NCG will be managed under the rules developed by the BCS.
