Is the National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign showing success?

0

National independent surveys show a steady decline in youth drug use in recent years. The results of the national “Monitoring the Future” (MTF) study, conducted by the University of Michigan, demonstrate a 25% decrease in overall illicit teen drug use since 2001. While the MTF data do not permit attribution to any one cause (including the Media Campaign) for these declines, the Campaign is the single largest drug prevention program initiated during this time. See Campaign Measures for more details.
