Is the movie “24 Redemption” a standalone ?
You’ll probably “get it” without seeing the previous seasons. 24: Redemption is meant to be the prequel to season seven. Just to add…If you haven’t seen previous seasons, you only really miss a few things such as why Jack is where he is and why the U.S. Government is trying to get him to come back. However, Redemption and season seven really is a new storyline with new characters. So to answer you better, I believe Redemption can be seen alone. And if you are using it to introduce 24 to your father, it really is a great way to do it.
