Yes. Our advertising vehicles conform to the rigorous standards as required by the U.S. Federal Government. Motionadz LLC is registered as a final stage manufacturer with the United States Federal Government and fully certified with all DOT (Department of Transportation), FMVSS (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards), in effect at the time of manufacture, and CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) 49 Part 566 for final stage manufacturers. We are also registered with Transport Canada and comply with all Canadian standards with CMVSS (Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standards). All vehicles are labeled with a certification label per CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) 49 part 567. All supporting documentation (including center of gravity calculations and safety specifications) can be provided upon request.
