Is the MGT a good car for a first-timer?
It’s not whether you are a first-timer or not that makes a difference. It’s whether you’ll have the patience to learn how to work with a nitro engine that matters. 70 I just read your postings for the first time and have never heard such whining in all my life. You people are buying a truck that you take out and abuse and you expect it to never break. Have you gone mad? The fact of the matter is if you are spending your $500.00 bills on something you should know how to deal with little problems, and if you don’t know how you should have some money and time put aside to have someone do it for you. I work for a large Porsche racing team and when we get home from every race our cars are stripped down, checked out thoroughly and put back together with extra care. That is a full size race car and your MGT is a 8th scale monster truck but it also requires the same attention and the same replacement of parts because things do break and that’s just how it goes, get used to it!
