Is the Mexican Mafia the most powerful gang in California?
The Mexican Mafia also known as La Eme, is one of them. And no they are not mostly a prison gang, while they are in the system and I ought to know since I worked for the Fed’s for 16 years they are also on the out side alive and well. They are murders and drug runners. With in about the past 7 years more have gone to Federal Prison. I watched some of them when they were going through our facility while they were waiting to be sentenced, here in San Diego, Calif. Not such nice people. Yes they are one of them, but there are others that are just as bad. Mexican mafia or aka, La Eme. La Eme wear a black hand tattooed upon their chest. Nasty people! All of these below are still around and equally as bad and dangerous in their own right.
