Is the Meta Science Foundation to be a marketing company?
No. The MSF would be prevented by law from competing with for-profit firms. Its fees would be the same for all, and would be minimized by non-profit regulation. It would not engage in advertising. Neither would it be a support service organization. That function would also be a for-profit or volunteer function. Its sole purpose would be development and maintenance of common meta-science infrastructure. However, it will indirectly serve as a market promotion vehicle. It will serve as a technology vortex to draw in the participation of the OSSAD movements, and thereby spark widespread interest in the Catch++ book, which presents the vision for an industry re-evolution.
